What we keep
Your account (your first name, email address and password, stored securely). For each child: a nickname you choose, an age band (such as 6–8), a picture from our own set, and their learning progress: stories read, games and quizzes played with stars, letters traced, the learning plan you picked and the quizzes you set.
What we never ask for
A child's real full name, birth date, email address, phone number, photo, voice, school or location. Children cannot type messages to anyone, there are no adverts, no tracking for advertising and no public profiles.
How it is used
Only to run the app for your family: to remember where your child is, show their stars, plan today's lessons and show you their progress. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you, when signed in to your family account. In a quiz room, the other players in that room see your child's nickname and score for that game, and nothing else. A teacher sees a child only if you approve that classroom.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Quiz rooms close within a few hours and are removed a day later. If you delete a child, their progress, plan, quizzes, classroom places and room places are deleted too.
Your controls
You can download everything we hold about a child, delete a child at any time, see every sign-in to your account, and withdraw your consent by deleting a child, or by asking us (from the Contact page) to close your family account. Account recovery only ever goes to your own email address.
Quiz rooms
A room is private: it is joined only with its code by a signed-in family, it is never listed anywhere, it has no chat, and it closes within hours. The grown-up who opens a room can remove anyone from it.
Classrooms
A teacher can only add your child to a classroom after you approve it. A teacher's say-so never replaces yours.
